How It Works

Create a new exercise experience and address your muscle weaknesses with precision.

  • Step 1: Select your body-part specific training modules

    Choose between 2-4 different training modules that focus on different areas of the body: 

    • Lecture & Self-Assessment Module
    • Back, Pelvic Floor and Diaphragm Module
    • Knee & Hip Module
    • Shoulder & Neck Module
  • Step 2: Book your first virtual session

    Setting up your first virtual session with Jenn during week one will ensure you start off on the right foot and get the most out of the program. 

  • Step 3: Assessment & Sequences

    Understanding your body and it's unique starting point is crucial for success.

     

    Here you will learn to assess your body and build exercise sequences to facilitate a pain-free workout experience. 

  • Step 4: Execution

    Here you put the sequences into action using a mix of low-grade and dynamic isometrics.

     

    The body is able to unlearn painful joint patterns and learn healthy pain-free movements to be used in your fitness program and beyond. 

  • Step 5: Book your two final virtual sessions

    These two sessions will be used to review your sequences and get feedback on your form.

     

    This will be how you optimize your program to best suit your unique needs. 

The Body Modules

Learn how to build exercise sequences that reduce pain and builds strength. All from home. 

  • Lecture & Self-Assessment Module

    This mandatory lecture covers cognitive, neurological, and physiological changes that can occur in a thoughtful and effective exercise or workout.

     

    At the end of this module, you will understand why most generic fitness and injury care advice is diluted, and you will have a deeper connection to mindful movement and how to apply the scientific method of change.

  • Back, Pelvic Floor and Diaphragm Module

    Have you been diagnosed with a 'weak core' or 'inactive glutes' or feel a disconnect with exercises that work your back or core?

     

    This module targets the root issues of back pain and movement patterns that can hurt your back.  

     

    If you don't know where to start, this might be the module for you as being strong and efficient in your core will impact all of your exercise in a positive manner. 

  • Knee and Hip Module 

    This a module for people who can't get their running stride back, have old knee injuries, and want to do more than swim to manage their symptoms, such as:

    • Knee instability
    • Arthritis 
    • Groin Tightness
    • Hip Pinching
  • Shoulder and Neck Module

    Do you have apprehension with strengthening your upper body because of your neck? 

     

    In this module, we will instruct you on specific exercises to be able to engage in exercise safely and effectively.

     

    If you have old rotator cuff injuries or a tear that isn’t ready for surgery, then this module can help you, too.
